CHARTS OF Fishing

 The Halieutic Indentity card is not any more sold since 2008 and is replaced by a photograph stuck or fastened on the chart of fishing. Nevertheless, since the Halieutic Indentity card has a national validity and without time limit, the people by having one already do not need photograph on their chart of fishing.

    Except the chart of fishing day labourer and the chart holidays, the charts of fishing are valid of January 1 to December 31 of the year.

    The chart of fishing makes it possible its holder to be free assured for the damage caused with the thirds within the framework its activity of fishing.

    The chart of fishing and the halieutic indentity card are rigorously personal and must be signed by the holder who does not have the right to lend them. The fisherman in action must have the charts with him to be able to present them to any requisition.

    The amount of the chart of fishing breaks up in the following way:

• national fees or label CPMA (Contribution for the Protection of the Aquatic environments),

• the statutory contribution which is the office plurality of the sums perceived by the federation of departmental fishing and the Approved Association of Fishing and Protection of the Aquatic environment.

    An optional label can be bought and stuck on the chart of fishing to make it possible to the fisherman to practise his leisure apart from the department of purchase of its chart.

Types and tariffs of the charts for the year 2009:

    Chart réciprocitaire without stamp 39 :  In France, the rule is not to have to twice pay to major label CPMA anybody but in the event of control it is necessary to be able to prove that it was bought once.

This chart is intended in the following cases:

- a chart with this label was bought in a AAPPMA not réciprocitaire of the Essonne and the holder wishes to fish in the Essonne in another AAPPMA which is réciprocitaire, or capacity to buy and stick above label EHGO that nonthe réciprocitaires not have the right to stick on their chart.

- a chart with this label was bought in a AAPPMA of another department of France (in a AAPPMA not réciprocitaire of the EHGO) and the holder wishes to fish in a AAPPMA réciprocitaire of the Essonne and possibly to buy and stick above label EHGO to widen its fishing rights to the other departments which are affiliated there.

     Chart of major fishing réciprocitaire Nobody 67 : To fish of January 1 to December 31, with 4 lines to the maximum, in 1st and 2nd category, including with the throw, with sharp, died fish, the fly, the balances and carp of night in the authorized places. This chart makes it possible its holder to fish in all a.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaires of the Essonne and to be able to buy and stick above label EHGO to widen its fishing rights to the other departments which are affiliated there.

      Chart of fishing Discovered woman 20 : She allows the women of more than 18 years to January 1 of the year, to be able to practise all modes of fishing in 1st and 2nd category and this of January 1 to December 31, with 1 line to the maximum, and if she were bought in a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire, and she makes it possible to fish without supplement in all the departments affiliated to the E.H.G.O or the C.H.I.

       Chart of fishing Discovered young person 2 : It allows the young people of less than 12 years to January 1 of the year, to be able to practise all modes of fishing in 1st and 2nd category and this of January 1 to December 31, with 4 lines with the maximum, and if it were bought in a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire, it makes it possible to fish without supplement in all the departments affiliated to the E.H.G.O or the C.H.I.

        Chart of minor fishing réciprocitaire Nobody 10 : For the fishermen whose age is included/understood between 12 years and less than 18 years to January 1 of the year. This chart allows all modes of fishing in 1st and 2nd category and this of January 1 to December 31, with 4 lines with the maximum, and if it were bought in a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire, it makes it possible to fish without supplement in all the departments affiliated to the E.H.G.O or the C.H.I.

        Chart of fishing Day labourer 10 : To fish only 1 day in the rivers and the lakes of 1st and 2nd category. This chart is valid on the territory of fishing of a.A.P.P.M.A. of the agent where it was bought, but if it is about a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire, it can also be used on the territory of fishing of another A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire of the Essonne like on that of the federation of the Essonne (ponds and course).

       Chart of fishing réciprocitaire Holidays 30 : To practise all modes of fishing only during 15 days consecutive for the period going of June 1 to December 31. This chart bought at a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire of a department belonging to the E.H.G.O or the C.H.I is usable during its period of validity on the territory of fishing of other standard A.A.P.P.M.A.s in the same way. As example with a chart holidays bought with the E.V.O. it is possible to fish during its validity on the territory of one (or several) A.A.P.P.M.A. (S) réciprocitaire (S) of one or more department (S) affiliated (S) to the E.H.G.O or the C.H.I.

Optional label of reciprocity interdépartementale:

    Since 2006, the federation of fishing of the Essonne concluded an agreement making it possible its members to practise their leisure in the departments affiliated to the E.H.G.O.   with the help of the purchase of a label E.H.G.O at the price of 18 in 2009.

    Label E.H.G.O can be stuck only on one chart of fishing of a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire, which means that the fisherman having already a chart of fishing of a A.A.P.P.M.A. not réciprocitaire must buy a chart of fishing without stamp of a A.A.P.P.M.A. réciprocitaire if it wishes to benefit from the advantage offered by label E.H.G.O.
