RECIPROCITIES
The reciprocity is an agreement made between associations or federations which makes it possible their respective members to reach the batches of fishing that they manage.
Inside a departmental federation, the fishermen of an association not accepting reciprocity with other associations of the department cannot profit from the agreements which the federation will have negotiated with other departments. This case is valid for example in the Halieutic Agreement of the Great West.
An association not accepting reciprocity will not be able to sell stamp E.H.G.O giving access to fishing on the departments belonging to this agreement.
